Have you heard about Sand Therapy (埋沙) ?
I just came back from a health talk on how to prevent cancer by using Natural Treatment (自然疗法) and I learnt that most illness can be cured by this particular therapy.

I'm not sure how it works but I'd like to try it out someday.

Does the sand therapy really work and does it depends on what kind of sand? Sounds/look interesting!
athena: well..from what the doctor said, the sand must be the sea sand...it must be in half-wet condition and the time to be buried is 20 mins...you can do it daily or once a week depends on your free time...this is all that i know =)
